solid hotel experience
convenient supermarket kitchen area 24-hour reception
i appreciated how the front desk operates 24 hours. also, i found a kitchen area available and i stored some food there. a nearby supermarket made it convenient for quick needs. the hotel location is very close to a laundry, that helped me a lot.
i experienced a delay when i arrived. the room was not ready and it took a while until it was prepared.

the location offers easy access to many sights and restaurants, which i found beneficial. i saw the metro station and bus stops are also very close by, i remember that those are handy for getting around.

helpful staff great location easy exploration street noise slow wi-fi narrow stairs
the staff was helpful. they always had a smile and were ready to assist with anything. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. it was very easy to explore the area, everything was within walking distance.
the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear street noise at night, especially cars. the wi-fi was a bit slow sometimes. it made it hard to stream videos or make video calls. the stairs were also narrow and steep.

The staff was very helpful and always available. My room had a big shower with consistent hot water. The shared kitchen in the lobby offered free drinking water and an extra restroom. I found this a convenient amenity.
The room did not have city views. The hotel is also situated far from the nearest bus and train station. It was a bit inconvenient.

inadequate cleaning floor dirt
The staff were nice and respectful, which i appreciated.
The room i had was not properly cleaned. I found some dirt on the floor. The cleaning clearly needed more attention. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

Impressed with the Cleanliness and Location

The room was very clean. A private bathroom was included. Everything was super clean, and the cleaning service came every day. The location is very convenient, with access to nearby attractions. Check-in was easy. The reception is available 24 hours.
The room is advertised as having soundproofing, but i could hear EVERYTHING from the streets. People were screaming all night long, singing, and playing music. Motorcycles and cars beeped and loudly passed by, it was crazy! it was difficult to sleep even with earplugs.

friendly staff cheap prices great location clogged drain broken light small kitchen
the staff was friendly. they brought me towels when i asked for them. many markets were around the location and the prices of food and juices were cheaper.
the shower drain was clogged and drained very slowly. i even had to clean it myself. also, the light in the kitchen was broken. it was very dark.
